สำหรับโลกภาพยนตร์นั้นหากพูดถึงการมอบรางวัลทุกคนก็คงนึกถึงรางวัลออสการ์ (Academy Awards) หรือไม่ก็รางวัลลูกโลกทองคำ (Golden Globes) แต่สำหรับวงการซีรีส์แล้วนั้นรางวัลที่สำคัญที่สุดคงหนีไม่พ้นรางวัลเอมมี (Emmy Awards) ซึ่งล่าสุดได้มีการประกาศรายชื่อของผู้เข้าชิงรางวัลในปีนี้ออกมาอย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว

เมื่อวันอังคารที่ผ่านมา Yvette Nicole Brown นักแสดงสาวจากซิตคอม Community และ Frank Scherma ประธานสถาบันโทรทัศน์ (Television Academy) ได้ออกมาประกาศรายชื่อผู้เข้าชิงรางวัลเอมมี (Emmy Awards) ครั้งที่ 75 ประจำปีนี้ ซึ่งตัวเต็งของปีนี้ก็ยังหนีไม่พ้น Succession ที่เข้าชิงมากถึง 27 สาขา และอีก 2 เรื่องที่ตามมาติดๆ คือผลงานซีรีส์ยอดฮิตของ HBO ได้แก่ The Last of Us ที่เข้าชิงไป 24 สาขา และ The White Lotus ที่เข้าชิงไป 23 สาขา ต่อด้วยผลงานยอดฮิตจากแฟรนไชส์ Star Wars ได้แก่ Andor, Obi-Wan Kenobi และ The Mandalorian ที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลไปทั้งสิ้น 22 สาขา สำหรับเกณฑ์ในการเข้าชิงรางวัลปีนี้คือต้องเป็นผลงานที่ออกฉายภายในกรอบเวลาที่กำหนดไว้คือ 1 มิถุนายน 2022 ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2023 ผู้ชนะรางวัลในแต่ละสาขาจะมาจากผลโหวตของสมาชิกของสถาบันโทรทัศน์ (Television Academy) โดยการลงคะแนนรอบสุดท้ายจะจัดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 18-28 สิงหาคม 2023 โดยงานประกาศรางวัลจะจัดขึ้นหลังจากนั้นในวันที่ 18 กันยายน 2023
