Jason Kirana

Jason Kirana (or also known as Christmas Taco) is a young filmmaker and MC born and raised in Makassar, Indonesia, but currently living in Tangerang, Indonesia. Since his young age, Jason has been in love with movies and has done dozens of home movies as a kid growing up. He then joined YouTube in 2016 with his goal becoming a skits YouTuber drawing inspirations mostly from Chandra Liow which Jason slowly see the potential he has in filmmaking through storytelling and editing. He started to wrote couple of scripts in the middle of 2020 and currently has 1 short film as a director. Not just that, but Jason also has a great passion in acting, and has since starred in a few short films and one theater performance titled "Shakal (2022)". When he isn't doing anything in filmmaking, Jason is also an MC in his spare time, controlling multiple crowds in events mostly in bar and nightclubs. Recently, he helped wrote and edited another short film made for his third semester final project, titled "Sampai Bertemu Lagi (2023)". His next project is underway, with 2 short films that he'll direct, an untitled fourth semester final short film project and a short film project that has been long overdue which Jason himself write and developed the script for 4 years and will direct and even act in it as the main character. This film would be titled "Young Dumb (Coming Soon)".
